  Horrible customer service and lazy work ethic. Carlos was contacted by Sears to repair my washer, he spent all of 2 minutes in my house and reported off to Sears it was over a 900$ repair, of which Sears said, "nope we will not cover this." After describing Carlos visit to Sears they decided to send a second contractor to assess. This contractor was able to fix the issue during the initial visit!!!!! Lazy, shady work ethic here, go elsewhere!
