  Before I got my service dog I would go into anaphylactic shock almost every day due to an autoimmune disorder. Now I've been an entire year without going into shock. This would not be possible without the hard work of Cheri! She is an incredibly passionate and hard-working person. Because of her I got my life back I don't need to be worried every single day that something is going to happen to me. When training my service dog she helped build my confidence around people asking me questions about my illness. It was so nice to have someone who understood what it was like to be disabled and need a service dog. On top of training service dogs she also fights and advocates for the rights of service dog handlers. I do not believe there is any other service dog trainer who is as amazing as Cheri.

  I just showed up with a chain issue and was seen right away, I was also explained how to adjust it correctly for the next time. The gentleman went out of his way to make sure I was going to be alright on a long journey home.
