    TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I picked up a new iPhone 5SE last week and was told my old 5C case would not fit as the corners on the 5SE are slightly different, so I bought a new case. I discovered the next day that my old case fits perfectly fine (it is a soft case so there is flexibility on the corners) so I called immediately and told them this and said I wanted to return this new case. The first thing they asked was if I had the packaging for the new case at which point I discovered that they did not give me the packaging (their staff opened the new case and put it on the phone for me, then did not put the packaging in the bag they gave me). They said since I didn't have the packaging they would not allow me to return the case, and when I explained they never gave me the packaging I was told that 99.9% of the time they do not throw the packaging out (this is what the guy Jesse that I spoke to said - I must have really bad luck to be that 0.1%!). Jesse then went on to tell me that I should have tried my old case in the store before buying the new case (or in other words don't take the advice of their staff). Really? Now it's my fault? In the end Jesse said he didn't have the authority to authorize the return and he would have to speak to the manager Heidi (maybe he should have just said this from the beginning instead of blaming the customer). I asked him to have Heidi call me and after waiting two days and no phone call I called back and wouldn't you know it Jesse answers again, told me that Heidi said I could not return the case and they wouldn't help me out. I insisted Heidi call me to discuss and almost a week later and I haven't heard from Heidi. All this over a $40 phone case which only leads me to believe that sales are a higher priority to them than customer service.
