  Was in at 5 to renew three phone contracts. The other sales associates would not help us and made us wait for a guy who was on the phone. When he finally was off the phone he asked of we could come back tomorrow. We explained that it would be at the same time. He advised for us to go to the one in the mall, which was fine except the phone we wanted wasn't at that location. He asked his manager is we could stay late to do the deal buy no one with keys was willing to stay for us. I try to support local business but I will never buy anything from this chain again. I guess retail is retail, local business or not. Too bad....
